Nathalie Rooseboom de Vries van Delft (NL) has agreed to head the expo:QA'12 Program Committee. Nathalie has been involved professionally in IT since 1997 and in Software Testing since 2004. She is an Expert Group Leader for cluster testing technologies and processes and a member of the CTO office at Capgemini, responsible for thought leadership and testing competence development. She speaks at national and international test events on a regular basis, publishes in specialized publications and participates in the Dutch Standardization Body (NEN) workgroup for Software and System Development.

She will be supported by Gwen Stewart (UK) who has been working in IT for 14 years, the last 9 years focused on testing. Gwen has worked on waterfall, iterative and agile projects and has a good appreciation of the challenges that each brings to the test discipline. Gwen is currently working on website testing and is investigating the use of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) as a means to improve clarity across project teams.
