Higher engineer degree in Informatics (1989) and Ph.D. in Computer Science (1997), Luis Fernández-Sanz is with Universidad de Alcala from 2008: he previously worked at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (1989-1996) and Universidad Europea de Madrid (1996-2008). He is a member of the execom of ATI (www.ati.es, the main Spanish IT professionals association, body of CEPIS, www.cepis.org) and chairman of the ATI Software Quality Group (www.ati.es/softwarequalitygroup) as well as editor and founder of REICIS (Revista Española de Innovación, Calidad de Ingeniería del Software: www.ati.es/reicis), the unique journal in Spanish specialized in software quality and engineering.
