Paying with Credit Card

Select the type and quantity of tickets you want to purchase. Then provide the attendee information and the purchaser’s information. Please provide correct business details, including a valid VAT number (or your ID number for personal purchases), as they will be used to generate an invoice for the purchase, which you’ll receive from the organisation shortly after completing the transaction (note that invoices are generated and sent every Friday). After having confirming the purchase, you’ll receive a mail with a link to download your ticket.

Paying with Bank Transfer

This is the same process as with paying with credit card (see above), the only difference is that on the payment screen, you select the ‘reservation’ radio button. Likewise, please provide correct business details, including a valid VAT number, as they will be used to generate an invoice for the purchase. After having confirming the purchase, you’ll receive a mail with a reservation number. The organisation will then send you a bill, including bank details, so you can pay for the tickets. Once payment is received, you will be sent your tickets and the corresponding invoice.

Using a Promotional Code

Simply select the ‘click here’ link beside the ‘Do you have a discount code?’ and apply the discount code when selecting your ticket. If you have a problem with a promo code, please get in touch here with the organisation.

Cancelation Policy

Please note that it is not possible to cancel tickets once purchased. However, the name assigned to the ticket can be changed up until the 19th of may 2023. If you wish to request a name change, please get in touch here with the organisation.
